You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues With Your Product

Order Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and ensure it’s resolved for you

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Exchanges / Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
